Hello animal lover,

I am very excited to announce the launch of my new client portal which will allow my clients to pay online via credit card, debit card and ACH, book selected services, update pet and vet info, review scheduled services (coming soon) and payments, download invoices, among other things. Hooray! If you are a current client you should have gotten a welcome email yesterday, check your spam folder if you haven’t. With this big improvement come some other changes to my services and rates, a new logo, an updated website, access to a newsletter archive and online signup, and I hope an overall better online experience.

May was a record month for me, full of learnings and growth, some difficult and most delightful. My core service continues to be boutique-style, kennel-free, safe and fun dog boarding, in addition to day care, visits and walks. I got certified as a Fear Free Boarding and Daycare Professional, and as such, I am committed to preventing and alleviating fear, anxiety, and stress in pets. I am working on my CPPS Certified Professional Pet Sitter certification, became a member of IBPSA (International Boarding & Pet Services Association), and continue learning as much as I can about animal behavior. I want to never have a pet leave Happy Paws not wanting to come back. I love love love what I do.
